First Post!
Alright, feeling abit tulan here. Got the urge to start a blog outa no where.
So alright...first post baby! So let's see, what to post...ah, why not abit of self glamour huh?
My name's Lyon, living in Perth, but originally from Malaysia (Malaysia Boleh!) . Studying at Curtin University of Technology, doing the Business Information System course. That course ah...sibeh sien man. Don't do that course for any of you out there thinking of doing this course. You'll regret it. You're better of doing something else.
So abit of my life in the first post...
Been here in Perth for five years now. Thinking back, it's been really a "woah" for me. Up till now, I still can't really believe I'm actually staying somewhere else besides Malaysia. But some part of me has already embraced the culture and my surroundings of Perth. I found that out when I returned to Malaysia for the first time early this year. I managed to differentiate both countries and especially the culture right from the moment I step off the airplane. It's like almost two different worlds in my eyes. Differences in almost every single thing you can think of. From the culture, to the politics, to the food (OMG, LOVE the food), to the environment, to the way people speak (I just love how we Malaysians can mix different languages at once), to even driving ethics. I would not go into detail about the differences between 'em right now, so we'll leave that for some other time okays?
Need to go swimming more often that I found out today. Used to be able to do laps with no problems and now...can't even do two laps in a row. SELF NOTE: Gotta get back into the pool
On other news, I think I'm getting the hang of organising events now. I'm so proud of myself =)
Here's a question, is keeping all if not most of your problems in yourself a good thing? Or is it just another selfish act?
