Exams are OVER!
Exams are FINALLY OVER!!!!!!
What a huge relief! Haven't blogged for ages. Incase you're wondering, the previos post was blogged by a special guest. I think I shall start having "guest bloggers" on my blog from now on. A big huge thank you to Kate for being the first!
And let's see what has happened for the past two weeks or so, shall we?
My friends had a nice suprise party for me on the 2nd of November. I have to say they caught me off guard. I'm so touched at the fact that most of everyone turned up and the fact that exams are just merely days away, they still turned up! I would like to thank YOU all out there for that very special moment. Oh, thanks for all the presents as well. It's my first time receiving this many presents from so many people before. *sniffs* I LOVE you all with my heart.
With that aside, all that's left is to face the exams. I actually, believe it or not, studied like a nerd during the study break. Even had bets going with Eda to see who studied more in a certain time frame and I won! But, by winning it means that I did heaps of studying, which is good but proves that I'm a full time nerd. I hope non of you reading this will call me a nerd after reading this as I am no where near that.
And so the exams came...and gone! In that mean time, I turned up to a suprise birthday thingy, worked, clubbed, stayed over at friend's and planned stuffs up for the holidays. It seems that I get really relaxed whenever it's closer to the exams. Kinda scary thinking about it...hold on, why am I thinking about that? Exams are OVER so why in the world am I thinking about them again? Sheez...
The suprise birthday dinner for both Christy and San turned out to be...successful if I may say. San was caught with his pants down (no, not literally) but wasn't too sure with Chirsty. Initially she wasn't too sure if she could make it, so naturally I tried to persuade her to go. I think I went abit too far, and thus, some unwanted reactions. So here I am now, officially apologising to Christy. Christy, if you're reading this, I'm sorry and you don't owe me any apology.
Well, tomorrow's the beach day we've all been waiting all year for! Kate and I are tottaly excited over it! We kept on talking about tomorrow, and what we're gonna do and all. I hope everything goes as planned and we all have a great time! Have to slip, slop, slap heaps!
In a week's time, I'll be returning to Malaysia. Am I looking forward to it? Honestly...not really. Home is really here now, not there anymore. Am I saying that I'm betraying my country? No. I don't think I ever wanna give up my Malaysian Citizenship and I'll forever stay loyal to my country. I just prefer it here. If the need arrises for me to return to my motherland, I will. But for now, I like it here. I would never ever forget what my teacher said to me before I left Malaysia, "Jangan seperti kacang melupakan kulit." The English translation for it is "Don't be like the peanut that forgets its skin." What it means is never forget where you came from or something of equilvalent. So here I am, saying that I'll forever stick next to Malaysia's motto, Malaysia Boleh!
How do you forget a person? Interesting question indeed. Just when you thought you did, it comes back to you in full colour. So does that mean when we "think" we have forgotten someone, it's just simply hidden somewhere in our grey matter waiting for the right moment to pop right back into the mainstream of our thoughts?
