I deserve a pat on the back

135 sit ups in an hour...and a little bit. Yeah!!!

Been keeping up with this for about 3 weeks already I think. Need to lose so much more weight as I just weigh myself yesteday and I was...*gulps*

96kgs!!!

*gasps*

Have to eat less!! Work out more!!

And I definately need Powerthirst
