Another day, another dollar

Something interesting at work today.

Monica was first standing ready to serve these girls while another pair of customers walked in. So naturally, I went to the counter to help Monica. Monica then moved sideways and said to me, "I'll let you serve the pretty girls".
I replied, "Well, naturally you'll serve the guys, I'll serve the girls"

The suddenly out of now where, Jaya pops up in between of us and goes, "Can I help anyone" in a really loud voice.
Monica and I just cracked up so hard while Jaya was just clueless on what's happening.

And now on a more serious note...
Fuck you bitch. Don't you dare tell me to leave my principles at home.

I'm not a smart ass =(

Last night was really good! Met up with everyone (except May Hua and Pearl). I have to say, that Colin and Cher really pulled it off!! The food was really good. We sat at the dining tables, and had two steamboats going to feed the...15 people that were there. We all really should take our hats off to both Colin and Cher. Kudos to Colin and Cher!!

I drank a wee to much last night. 4 Jager Bombs (well, the last one's abit munted, got the ratio TOTALLY wrong), a quarter of Corona and around half of a Vodka Cruiser Lime. We all had a really good time I think...well, I did for one! Some of us played UNO while some of us were playing the PS2. San and David squared off in a game on San's laptop called Mugen while Deric and I were racing in Grand Turismo 4 (No, I don't play that game too much. Stop saying I play that game 8 hours a day >_<). Towards the end, most of us played Smart Ass. It was a general knowledge board game and it was really fun! Colin ends up winning. Well, you know what I think? I think that since its his board game, he must've at least played it a few times and must've memorised SOME of the cards. Or he just knew we were going to play that game last night, so he just memorised all the cards in the middle. EITHER all that or he's just a plain smart ass.

Oh, have not gone into details about the food yet. Well, we had the usual assortments of steamboat dishes (pork,beef,chicken, fish balls, meat balls, prawns, kang kung, spinach, yong tau fu, that crunchy thingy, some mushroom and fishball thingy, another type of fishball that had fish eggs in there and...I think that's it). Since Sophia can't eat beef, we decided to have a beef section, and a non-beef section. Our section was the beef section. Kim and I were busy feeding everyone on our side of the table, as well as eating everything. I think we ate the most throughout the whole night! Way to go Kim! *high fives*

And so, it was a night filled with joy, laughter and food!

My my, look at how fast my two weeks break just went by! Was quick I tell you, with all the outings, work, assignments, LAN party (well, kinda ish) occupying my time.

Right now I'm singing my heart out to all my chinese songs. Don't know what triggered this, but just felt like it. Right now is Kiss Goodbye by Wang Lee Hom. Great song I tell you.

Also, I've learnt something new from CY-AN today, that the watch you wear, tells you your personality. Thinking about it, it's kinda true!

Feeling the blues abit all of a sudden. Man, what a mood SWING! This is a major bummer =(

Recently, I've reconnected with my friend, who I've known for 14 years already and still going strong! This fella's name is Eric Heah, the one and only Eric. I remember seeing this on his Personal Message in MSN once:
"It's getting hot in HEAH, so take off all your clothes!"
There was another PM that I really liked, but can't remember what it is. It involves an event, but it's being juxtaposed as an online game match complete with gg! True classic man. Peace out brother!

Also, it seems that Fei is going to come over my place every Sunday to teach me how to speak Mandarin like a true Chinese! Muahahaha, can't wait to pick up that accent.

I'm supposed to be working on my stupid research report about Automated Essay Grading systems, but man, I seriously have no concentration AT ALL. It's as if its been zapped away by some unknown forces. Weird indeed...

Can't wait for steamboat this Saturday which would be the closing event for my Easter holidays. Can't wait to eat the great food (I'm pretty sure it's great). Can't wait to see the people I love so much. Can't wait to be in the presence of the people I love so much. Can't wait to just chill out with them, unwind and just be myself. Can't wait for Saturday!

And to conclude this entry, we all should try going to the Taka's at King's Street. It's soooooo much better!
